As you may or may not know, PTTM is based in the Netherlands. We love our country, but our country does not seem to love car enthousiasts that much. This is most felt in the added taxes on cars and fuel. Recently I read about two (for us) foreign cars with both their domestic price and ticket price in the Netherlands. In some cases the taxes are literally more than the car itself…
So obviously, those cars are more expensive than when you buy them in their respective domestic markets. But in general, are American cars expensive in Europe? The answer is it depends. Let us surprise you.
