The Legend of the Pontiac Formula Pro Street
The Pontiac Firebird Formula has long been admired for its balance of style, performance, and handling. The 1973 front end, widely regarded as the most aggressive and beautiful design of the second-generation Firebirds, is highly sought after by enthusiasts. Pro Street builds like this one take the Formula’s foundation and turn it into a modern muscle car capable of incredible speed, precision handling, and unmistakable presence on the street.
The Car
This Firebird Formula started as a 1975 Pontiac Formula and was professionally converted to a 1973 Formula front end, giving it the iconic and highly desirable look. The interior is fully custom, finished in white and green vinyl with matching door panels, roof lining, and moldings. A B&M shifter and line-lock knob are mounted in the center console, along with an additional RPM gauge. While the current paint is driver-quality, plans are in place to repaint the car once our workshop schedule allows.
This car is not only a showpiece — it’s a fully functional Pro Street racer that drives solid and performs reliably on both streets and highways.
